Sales Manager, full-time employment


General description

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region. Highly interested in the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company's vision and values.

Shares ideas and plans how to adjust company's strategy in order to expand the customer base and contribute to the marketing component of the business.

Prerequisites

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales management;
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
  • Process management associated with the sales;
  • Good communication skills and ability to present a product to the potential customer;
  • Willingness to solve the problems faced, good negotiation skills;
  • Result orientation;
  • Ability to work with MS Office programms;
  • "B" category driving license;
  • Fluency in Latvian and Russian language;
  • Average level of English proficiency, knowledge of specific terms.
